PLEASE NOTE: All custom orders must be approved by the customer before production begins. This is mandatory in case the custom photo, logo, or text outline does not meet the customers satisfaction. After production there are no refunds available.
If the customer does not respond to give approval within 2 business days, a refund will automatically be issued.
Return/Refund Policy
Please understand that Lumberful Creations, LLC does NOT accept returns or refunds unless the product was damaged during shipping. If this is to occur, please email us at lumberful.creations@gmail.com with a picture of your damaged package, product, and a picture of your receipt.
